We recommend that you send your return via USPS or insured Parcel Post to allow prompt delivery. Be sure to enclose a copy of your original purchase receipt. The estimated refund time is 10-15 business days from our receipt date.

We also recommend that you request a Delivery Confirmation Receipt from the US post office upon returning the product. With this option, the post office will give you a receipt that shows the date you returned the product to us, as well as confirmation once the package is delivered.

Please keep the Return Receipt until the refund appears on your credit card statement. The receipt is proof of return in case the return shipment is lost in the mail. Please note that all shipping and handling fees are not refundable, and refunds can only be issued to the same credit card to which the product was charged.
